Ingredients

2oeufs
1/2 tassede farine tout usage
1/2 tassede lait
1 c. à table de beurre ou margarine fondu
5 pommes lavées, pelées et coupées en lanières
1 c. à table de sucre
½ c. à thé de cannelle moulue

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Lightly grease a pie plate.
  2. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl. Add the flour, milk and butter/margarine and beat until well mixed.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pie plate. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350ºF and bake for 5 more minutes until the pancake is golden brown.
  4. Place the apples in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until slightly softened.-Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.
  5. Spoon the apple filling into the centre of the pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut into wedges and serve right away.
