Ingredients

Celery Sticks
2 ribs of celery
tuna salad
Tuna Salad
1 candrained tuna
2 tbsp (30 mL)mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL)chopped parsley
1/2 cup (125 mL)finely chopped celery

Directions

  1. Combine 1 can drained tuna with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and ½ cup finely chopped celery.
  2. Cut celery ribs into four pieces, each piece about four inches long. Fill celery ribs with tuna salad, using a knife to spread evenly. Wrap with aluminum foil or place in plastic container.
