At My Best Signature Play Day

Each year, PHE Canada partners with up to four Play Day applicants to co-facilitate a Signature Play Day event. If selected, you will receive on-site support from PHE Canada and a $2,000 grant for initiatives that support the At My Best philosophy (to be used following your Signature Play Day event).

How will you use the grant money to support physical activity, healthy eating, or emotional well-being related endeavours at your school following your Signature Play Day event?

PHE Canada looks to capture (i.e., photos, videos) and share footage of At My Best Signature Play Day events in an effort to inspire participation in the At My Best program. Pictures and videos are captured throughout Signature Play Day events, with opportunities for Play Day participants (e.g., students, teachers) to discuss their participation in At My Best and their school’s Play Day. The footage will be shared with PHE Canada’s educational network and program partners to promote At My Best and its impact on school communities.
